Terms and Conditions: I understand that I am signing up for the Basic Rider Course, or Experienced Rider Course.  In doing so I will have the following safety gear with me to take the class: over the ankle shoes or boots, long pants (no sweat pants), long sleeve shirt, full-finger gloves, and eye protection.  I understand I can borrow a DOT-approved helmet if I do not have one of my own to wear in the class.  In signing up for this class, I understand that I need to pay for the class in full, or a minimum deposit of $100.00 to hold my seat in the class.  If I fail to show up for any portion of the class, I understand that I forfeit my payment.  A full refund can be issued if contact is made 72 hours or more prior to the start of the training session I am signing up for.  Completion of the class I am in requires attandance and completion of all sessions for the class.  In signing up for this class, I need a valid learner's license or operator's license.  Signing up states my license is valid.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at jayson@funtoride.com, or call (352) 494-1775. ** Students who are not in proper riding attire will not be allowed to take the riding sessions.**
